Sue Jackson – Solicitor

Sue heads the clinical negligence department at Stone Rowe Brewer. She qualified as a solicitor in 2011 at a London firm and since then has specialised solely in clinical negligence litigation.

Prior to training as a solicitor, Sue had wide-ranging experience within the medical field: starting out as a medical student for 2 years before leaving to pursue her interest in sociology and political philosophy. She then trained and practised in Chinese medicine for several years. Other experience includes studying and teaching medical sociology and public health and working in an academic department of medicine on trials for treatment of hepatitis B and C. She has a Masters degree in Medical Sociology (UCL) and a Masters degree in Medical Law (King’s College London).

As a clinical negligence solicitor, Sue has dealt with a wide range of cases: from high value birth injury cases, catastrophic injury, delayed cancer diagnoses, surgical negligence, sepsis, fatal cases and many others across the whole spectrum of clinical negligence.
